Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policy 

General Information

We stand by the quality of every 80/20 Active piece. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and their original packaging with all tags attached. 

Returns & Refunds 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

To start a return, contact us at 80.20active@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions by email. Please note that unapproved returns will not be accepted.  

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are free. Please email 80.20active@gmail.com to request an exchange. Because our collections are limited edition, size and style availability may be limited. 

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
