Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policy 

General Information

We want you to love your 80/20. If something isn't right, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange for another size or style. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and their original packaging with all tags attached. Final-sale items are marked at checkout. 

To start a return or exchange email support@8020active.com with your order number and we'll take care of you. 

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
